What is the return / exchange policy?


SOPRANO accepts returns / exchanges within 7 days from the date your item was delivered. The item must be unworn. If you have any further questions, please contact customer support via email info@sopranojewelers.com. In order to be able to send a return, the returned items must be in perfect condition and undergo an inspection. If the items fail inspection, our returns department may decline the return request.


Solid gold items cannot be returned as each piece is made to order.

All earrings are non-returnable.


There are NO returns / exchanges for SOPRANOS custom jewelry. All of our personalized necklaces are guaranteed by a lifetime guarantee. The guarantee entitles you to a one-time repair of the piece - free of charge. SOPRANO will repair the piece if you notice any defects in craftsmanship or breakage due to manufacturing defects. The guarantee is void in the event of damage caused by the user (e.g. water damage, accidental breakage, etc.). As soon as one of our customer-specific pieces goes into production, there can be NO cancellations.
