The terms and conditions apply to all business relationships between customers and SOPRANO JEWELERSthat are processed via the online shop.

 1.1 The contractual partner is Soprano Jewelers, Giuliano Stellini, Mühleäcker 9, 8546 Islikon, Switzerland.


2.1 The presentation of the products in the online shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. Errors in the presentation are reserved. All offers apply "while stocks last", unless otherwise noted for the products. Errors excepted.

2.2 By clicking the "Order" button in the last step of the ordering process, you are placing a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart. Confirmed immediately upon receipt of the order SOPRANO JEWELERS the order by email.


3.1 The prices stated on the product page include VAT and other price components (postage, packaging) and are in Swiss Francs (CHF).

The exact shipping costs are shown to the customer in the ordering process.
Depending on the recipient country, the corresponding customs duties and goods import tax rates apply. Payment of these duties and taxes is the responsibility of the buyer.

3.2 The provider reserves the right to change prices at any time. The prices published on the website on the order date apply to customers.


4.1 Payment for the ordered goods can be made as follows (in €):

  • MASTERCARD credit card via PayPal
  • Credit card VISA via Paypal
  • Bank transfer to PayPal account.

4.2 The customer receives the instructions for the payment process with his order. All credit card payments are processed through Stripe. The data is encrypted using the SSL protocol and transmitted for processing and handling.

4.3 Payments are only accepted from accounts within Switzerland, Germany or Austria. Money transaction costs are not covered.


For packaging and shipping we charge you a share within Switzerland. Depending on the order quantity.

For orders within Switzerland over € 100.00 takes over SOPRANO JEWELERS shipping costs.

EU countries

For packaging and shipping we charge you a share depending on the order quantity.

For orders within the EU over € 100.00 takes over SORANO JEWELERS shipping costs. 



The ordered goods remain the unrestricted property of until payment has been made SOPRANO JEWELERS.


Depending on the delivery address in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, this takes place within 3 - 4 working days after receipt of the order.

Shipping may take longer for international deliveries. 
If the goods are not in stock, the customer will be informed immediately.


After receiving the goods, the buyer must check his goods for defects and submit a complaint if they occur. SOPRANO JEWELERS undertakes to replace defective goods within a reasonable period of time or to refund the purchase price to the buyer. The buyer must return the defective goods in an unused condition SOPRANO JEWELERS send. Specially marked products or those with a reduced price are excluded from the right of return.

8.1 In the case of returns, the customer bears all costs caused by the return.

8.2 In order to return a product, the customer has to send an email with the order number, the articles and the reason for the return to the customer service info@sopranojewelers.com. If the customer does not contact customer service within the 7 day period SOPRANO JEWELERS entitled to refuse the return and refund.
In the case of an effective revocation, the mutually received services are to be returned and any benefits drawn are to be surrendered. The goods must also be in a perfect and undamaged condition and in their original packaging.


Right of withdrawal:
You can make your contract declaration within 14 days without giving reasons in text form (e.g. letter, fax, email). The period begins after receipt of the goods, but only after we have fulfilled our information obligations. The timely sending of the cancellation is sufficient to meet the cancellation deadline.

  • Articles in SALE / SALE / ARTICLES WITH PERCENTAGES / SPECIAL OFFERS are excluded from the right of return

Consequences of cancellation:
In the event of an effective cancellation, the mutually received services are to be returned and any benefits drawn are to be surrendered. If you cannot return the received service in whole or in part, or if you can only return it in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us for the value. 

In addition, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation for a deterioration caused by the intended use of the item by not using the item as if you were your property and by refraining from anything that could impair its value. Transportable items are to be returned at our risk.

Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you when you send your declaration of cancellation or the goods, for us with their receipt. $ ¨

The same provisions apply as for the EU area (EGBGB). We offer our Swiss customers the same conditions as the customers in the EU, even if Swiss legislation regards the right of withdrawal as a voluntary one.

All data required for the order are stored by us and treated confidentially. The data of the payment method are transmitted in encrypted form. 

The customer can request the deletion of his data at any time, this will then be done by SOPRANO JEWELERS approved.

Swiss law applies exclusively with the place of jurisdiction in Frauenfeld.
